April 8. Thursday. I stayed at home. Watched cooking shows. Did the laundry and just sauted chicken for two possible menus: adobong manok or chicken curry. Well, I had to wait for Tia Linda to decide. Aside from that, I couldn’t find soy sauce, black pepper corn and vinegar in her kitchen which are the ingredients of adobong manok aside from chicken.
Well, Tia Linda actually bought fish and kamote tops and requested me to prepare a bicolano dish: kusidong buraw. Good thing she kept some sinigang mix to sour the dish. She, on the other hand, prepared chicken curry, Malay version. Wow, we had a heavy dinner.
